This year, Music on Main’s beloved Music for the Winter Solstice returns with four incredible artists.
Five-time Grammy Award winner Caroline Shaw will share her luminous vocals and violin playing. She’s joined by Danni Lee Parpan, an artist celebrated for her boundary-pushing, genre-defying work and powerful voice, making her Music for the Winter Solstice debut. Beloved contemporary pianist Rachel Kiyo Iwaasa, a familiar presence who has performed in nearly every edition of this seasonal tradition, brings her expressive artistry back to the event. Also returning is distinguished percussionist Julia Chien, a dynamic and celebrated artist in our community.
