with The Kessler Academy’s String Orchestra
The Microcosmos Quartet leads the second annual performance of The Kessler Academy: an orchestral performance by rising young string professionals and advanced students. An exciting new educational initiative, The Kessler Academy features a conductor-less orchestra mentorship program led by the quartet members.
This inter-generational project is dedicated to keeping classical music alive in the 21st century. After four days of intensive rehearsal, these exciting young performers will take the stage at the intimate Pyatt Hall to perform great works for string orchestra. Don’t miss it!
