Get to know Music on Main’s Composer In Residence Jocelyn Morlock.
Jocelyn is one of Canada’s essential creative voices. At this free and informative chat, she’ll talk about her music, the bizarre/whimsical/frustrating and exciting process of composing, some of her sources of inspiration, and a bit about what it’s like to be a composer in the 21st century.
We’ll listen to excerpts of some of her more recent compositions, in advance of the March 26 Music on Main Production, One Night Stand: Jocelyn Morlock with the Music on Main All-Star Band.
