Changes ahead for Melody Jacobson

Melody Jacobson, Music on Main’s General Manager, will step down from her position on April 30, 2016.

Her energy, commitment, and ideas have helped Music on Main develop and implement administrative systems, increase operating grants and foundation contributions, and create a team environment for the organization within its new home at The Post at 750.

Melody is departing to take up the position of Operations Manager at the Compassionate Eye Foundation, an innovative foundation funded by the creative community to support educational, health, and economic sustainability projects in the developing world.

Melody says, “I have enjoyed my time at Music on Main, want to thank everyone in the community for the warm welcome to Vancouver they provided, and that I look forward to seeing them at future Music on Main concerts.”
