The International Review of Music
For the Tesla Quartet, music is the conduit for an incredible, binding force. These Juilliard-trained musicians bring refinement to new and classical repertoire. But it’s creating meaningful connections with the audience that’s at the very core of everything they perform.
This talented New York-based quartet recently took Second Prize, as well as the Haydn Prize and Canadian Commission Prize, at the 12th Banff International String Quartet Competition, and have garnered numerous top prizes at competitions around the globe.
They are also the winners of the St. Lawrence String Quartet’s 2017 John Lad Prize, presented in collaboration with Stanford University’s Stanford Live and Music on Main.
This concert is generously sponsored by Alan & Elizabeth Bell, and Jonathan & Christine Wisenthal.
