To celebrate the rich range of Vancouver culture, Music on Main brings together two spellbinding musicians for an evening of improvisational magic.
Mei Han is known around the world as one of today’s great zheng (Chinese zither) players. Michael Red is in the vanguard of our city's electronica scene. Experience sound weaves, pre-programmed structures, live looping and processing of found sounds in a spontaneous musical tapestry of our town. Mei and Red will play a 45-minute set that will transport you from Main Street to a new sound-world.
